This life is not going to end, unless i make an effort to end it. This is all talk, i don't think i have the courage to go through it anyway. There can be severe physical damage if i go ahead and end up alive.

Don't be mistaken, i'm not encouraging you to commit sucide, but that you have more strength and courage than you think you have. See a doctor, it can help.
