I wanted to write about something else today, but I dont have the mood too. Been feeling down the whole morning...

I just saw a mention of this website in the papers: http://myhealth.sg. So I thought I'd give it a try as it has a section on mental health.

I took the test for mental well being and my "Mental Health - General Health Report" said I got anxiety, insomnia and severe depression. =.=

I don't know what to say, maybe just take it with a pinch of salt? I don't think my depression is severe, but oh well, i dont really know. My mind just dont seem to be mine anymore.

Anyway, they have a section on weight management too... maybe I can give it a try. Hm...

Hi whatever,

I too took the test for mental well being and my "Mental Health - General Health Report" also said that I got anxiety, insomnia and severe depression. I might also have Post Traumatic Stress Disorder as I took that test too.

Well whatever it is I have already stop all my treatment and stop taking all my medication.

Hi Sad Girl,

Looks like we are in the same boat.

Me, I have been trying to reduce my intake of meds from daily to weekly and I stopped it for about 2-3 weeks recently. Then my depression got worse. These days my moods suck like crap and the worst thing is I have no one to talk to.

So now, I guess I am going to take my meds more frequently again and see my GP once they are used up. Guess I am starting to get "addicted" to my meds. lol.

Whatever it is, please do continue with your medications and treatments if it does help you feel better, however little. I may be in need of help myself, but I (or rather, we) will still be here for you.

Take care!
