Subject: Exhaustion and Quetiapine taken in the morning

I am suffering from exhaustion since Aug till now when my students are having their exams. At night, I cry because of extreme exhaustion and I have no energy left that I thought I am going to die. The pain of exhaustion is terrible that I immediately go to bed at 8 plus the moment I reach home to rest. Then, the next morning, I feel better because of a good night rest.

As I am on 400 mg quetiapine at night for my bipolar disorder, what good does it do if I take the seroquel in the morning too? Does it tire me in the morning since I am always full of energy in daytime? Then at night when I crash, when is the right time to check into hospital for a proper rest?

Answer from DepNet

Hi,

It seems like you will need to discuss your condition with your Dr. There may be a need to review your daily routine, medication and also time to rest.

Your Dr should be in a better position to advise you if there is a need to be warded.

Meanwhile, take care.
