Just wanna start a thread about this, and hopefully can get some feedback/tips and such...
so i just start the ball rolling....
1) Urm, when you are down, every thought that you have are probably gonna be negative. Just be mindful that sometimes it is just the depression doing the talking.
2) when you are down, the actions of others, even if they are supportive or caring, might seem suffocating and irritating... just keep perspective.
3) a long sleep sometimes helps.
4) try to do something when you down, even if it's just aimlessly walking around. (okay... i don't do that, i hate aimlessly walking, i usually play dead on my bed... still it might someone
5) er... remember to eat your meds?
6) urm... have some pre-planned action in the event of feeling really low... like "when i feel down, i will walk in the park" "when i feel meaningless, i will eat chocolate" and stuff like that, so you don't have to think so much on what to do.. ( i just made it up... maybe i could try it... nah... too lazy...)
oops...
