Panic attacks?

Yesterday morning, after I took coffee, I could feel palpitation for whole day but I took that coffee before. Today I experience the same thing again. Was it my panic attack?
Last fri, I couldn't fall asleep again, I took extra 2x 25mg hydroxyzine. I'm sedated but at the same time unable to fall alseep with horrible headaches, palpitation & difficulty breathing. I wonder how I survived that the next day with terrible hangover.
