i dont remember when is the last time i enjoy food. e For years everything taste the same. But now, i can eat again. Enjoy the food i love before. And discover new menus. What a joy. What a feeling. I can enjoy one of the simple yet precious element of life. But a friend said must eat healthy. Well give me a break. lol. Let me enjoy 1st. Then i go on diet. I promiss.

I see alot of people have gone missing from depnet. Well i hope that they are currently doing well. Wishing the best for them and hope that they will write something to share with others.

I hope everyone is doing fine. And i will be contonue writing here to share and help friends in need. Take care all and god bless...

It is good you can enjoy taste and your food again. Shows your depression is slowly lifting off.
Improvements are clearly evident.
You can still eat healthily and enjoy your food.
For me now, not so good.
Got some problems crop up today in my life. Very sudden and caught me by surprise. Gosh. Sighs.

thanks guys... ya somehow i am feeling better. fewer meds to take. I just woke up one day and felt i really wanna beat this. I stop my self from thinking about the problem and what had happened. i put a full stop of doing things that i know it can make me miserable. And always look at the bright side now. I thanks all of you for the spirit, advise and support. And i pray, we all can beat this together.

ps. i like burgers. Wendy's and Carl junior are my favorites. But i wont say no to Tony Roma's. LOL.

why not make healthy choices of food for better health , have more energy and won't be depressed easily

Load up on vegetables, if possible, go organic. Protein is good too. Cut down on too much fats and carbohydrates. Enjoy yourself first la. Then slowly setttle into a routine diet of 'healthy but tasty'.
