if very sad = death, i'm dying. going thru d daes on an autopilot mode. i'm still functioning @ work, able to focus n do my work but d lethargy is ever present...
i took sleeping tablets on some days (diazepam) bt it doesn't work. hav only 3 more tablets. feeling very frustrated n upset all d tym even over minor issues.
i'm really scared i can't hold on much longer... feel lyk my world is collapsing around me... only work kept me sane although i'm very tired even while working... sigh... hate it that i'm not strong enough... not trying more enough to be able to overcome any obstacles.
