Everyone has a sleeping pattern/ habit that the body has gotten used to. Some people are used to sleeping few hours and others may need longer hours of sleep.

If someone sleeps more than the usual hours one needs, then they may not feel refreshed.

If sleeping less or more, and feeling lethargic and listless has become a problem for a period of time, affecting functioning and mood, then a closer review of underlying stress or even depression may be necessary.

Consulting a family doctor may help to explore this problem

Getting a good rest involves good sleep hygiene - which is easily available on the internet. But managing stress on a daily basis and balanced lifestyle of sleep, diet, work and exercise will bring about restful sleep
