Hi,

It sounds like your son is suffering from anxiety over his study which is affecting his performance and his ability to concentrate. I would advise you to bring him to see a counsellor at SAMH to teach him anxiety and stress management techniques and to cope with his attitude towards performance. The counsellor can also assess whether he needs to see a psychiatrist for medical attention if necessary.
