Subject: Improving my exhaustion
I suffer from bipolar 2 and I had bad exhaustion from Aug last year to Feb this year, also partly because of the festive season. I was warded in IMH for 10 days in Feb to break the exhaustion cycle and it did.
I dread the feeling of exhaustion and tiredness at night as I have a bit of PTSD of bad exhaustion at night previously. At what time should I do my light excercise and are there any supplement to maintain my strength and vitality like royal jelly. omega 3 and Vitamin B?
What are the best ways to help myself?

It seems like you have a relapse, therefore, you are warded for 10 days. The problem (exhaustion) you are experiencing could be a result of your manic episode. It is important to listen to the advise of your doctor in order to prevent you from relapsing.
There are many supplement to help you. Pls consult your doctor and get his or her recommendation.
