IMH Staff Talking Bad About Their Patient

Something bad and unforgetable again from IMH. Something my mentally ill mother told me when i visit her during her stay a few yrs ago.
My mother was admitted into IMH due to stress be her psychatrist. And she get along with the staff veery well, still the stage whe she told one of the nurse that she has been declare bankrupt. And later she wanted to borrow money from another patient's mother who we know for quite a few yrs. And i hear from my friend the patient that the nurse told her without knowing she is my friend actually to tell her mother not to borrow money to my mother saying that my mother would not return the money as she cannot afford to and my mother is a bankrupt.
And later my mother know this from my friend that patient, and become very upset and stress by it.
And i when to make a complain to the nurse in-charge of the ward. She say nothing either.
Well from this i believe IMH staff have problem keep patients information and details as well as private conversation confidential. And i believe if i know that i can file a report with SNB i believe that nurse career would hanging in the air.
